We also use mulberry leaves a lot. My favourites are Morus alba and the Morus alba hybrids - also extremely high in nutrients.

Thank you, apart from their use as tea leaves, I haven't found any safe ways to use them except as a salad as long as they are young and tender!

You can use them cooked in many ways. In Georgia (the country) the leaves are fermented then dried to use for tea - somthing we want to experiment with this year.
